a typical scenario
Typical Scenario: Pete & Nicky are having a 2.30pm ceremony, pre-dinner drinks starting at 5.30pm & reception officially starting at 6pm. Nicky is getting ready in Ringwood and the church is in Kew (approx 30 mins drive). Nicky would like to get some bridal preparation photos at her mum’s place (where she is getting ready). They want photos of Nicky arriving at the church, the ceremony, and family photos at the church after the ceremony. They also want to go to the Botanical gardens (approx 15 mins drive from the church) for some location shots with the city in the background. The reception is in Hawthorn (15mins drive from the Botanical gardens) and they want to arrive at the reception at 6pm. Nicky & Pete want to get photos of the reception venue, table decorations & the wedding cake. They are only planning on having speeches, cake cutting and wedding dance later in the evening and feel they want to get these on video rather than photos.
An example of how the day looks:
1.30pm: Uno Momento arrive at Nicky’s mum’s place & take photos of the final bridal preparation.
2.00pm: Uno Momento leave for the church and arrive at the church at 2.30 to capture guests arriving & Pete excitedly waiting for his bride.
3.00pm: Nicky arrives at the church and ceremony starts.
3.30pm: After the ceremony there are lots of congratulation hugs & smiles from family & friends outside the church.
4.00pm: Uno Momento whisk Pete, Nicky and family away to a quiet spot around the side of the church for family shots.
4.15pm: Pete, Nicky & the bridal party leave the church.
4.30pm: Arrive at Botanical Gardens and take photos until 5.45.
6.00pm: Arrive at the reception Photos for 30 mins
Total photo time was 5 hours.
After the wedding:
Approx 4 weeks after the wedding Pete & Nicky go to Uno Momento to view their photos and choose 100 of their favourite photos. It took them 2 hours to choose their favourite pictures.
They decide to get the DVD slide show, plus 2 extra copies for their parents. They also get a coffee table brag book and a high quality leather bound album for themselves. They haven’t purchased frames yet so will get enlargements done a little later once they know what size they need.
2 weeks later they receive their images, slide show & album.
